COGNITIVE EVALUATIONS

(IEE) INDEPENDENT EDUCATIONAL EVALUATION – SPECIAL EDUCATION ($480.00)

• Unbiased interpretation and Individualized interventions based on needs and not circumstance.

• Services will include informal and formal assessments that reveal profiles of strengths and weakness with meaningful interventions to break down barriers and build confidence and self-esteem.

• Testing/Scoring/interpretation/report writing.

• Review report and provide parent literature/resources/recommendations.

ACADEMIC TUTORING – Remediate Math and Reading – Technology integration-

• Online $30.00 hour, In-person - $30.00 hr. + plus standard mileage.

 

IEP CONSULTATION - $40.00 hour

• Empower parents with knowledge, guidance, and navigation through the IEP process.

• Review existing evaluations for accuracy, continuity, and comprehensiveness.

• Review and/or write measurable and observable goals/objectives, review existing progress reports for growth, recommend developmentally appropriate accommodations/modifications, assure appropriate instructional arrangements/programming.

 

ADDITIONAL (IN-HOME) SERVICES UPON REQUEST:

1. in-home training – (one-on-one) develop behavior interventions and process skill building skills. Develop daily structured routines and social understanding/social stories. $40.00 wk (2 x  30min sessions) + standard mileage.

2. Sensory Integration and fine motor strengthening– Occupational Therapy (Individual contract rate).

3. Language Development- Speech Therapy –expressive/receptive language (Individual contract rate).

            

Compliance Consulting   

$75.00 hr
