COGNITIVE EVALUATIONS
(IEE) INDEPENDENT EDUCATIONAL EVALUATION – SPECIAL EDUCATION ($1480.00)

Unbiased interpretation and Individualized interventions based on needs and not circumstance.

Services will include informal and formal assessments that reveal profiles of strengths and weakness with meaningful interventions to break down barriers and build confidence and self-esteem.

Testing/Scoring/interpretation/report writing.

Review report and provide parent literature/resources/recommendations.
ACADEMIC TUTORING – Remediate Math and Reading – Technology integration-

Online $40.00 hour, In-person - $40.00 hr. + plus standard mileage.
IEP CONSULTATION - $75.00 hour

Empower parents with knowledge, guidance, and navigation through the IEP process.

Review existing evaluations for accuracy, continuity, and comprehensiveness.

Review and/or write measurable and observable goals/objectives, review existing progress reports for growth, recommend developmentally appropriate accommodations/modifications, assure appropriate instructional arrangements/programming.
ADDITIONAL (IN-HOME) SERVICES UPON REQUEST:
1. in-home training – (one-on-one) develop behavior interventions and process skill building skills. Develop daily structured routines and social understanding/social stories. $90.00 hour + standard mileage.
2. Sensory Integration and fine motor strengthening– Occupational Therapy (Individual contract rate).
3. Language Development- Speech Therapy –expressive/receptive language (Individual contract rate).
Compliance Consulting/ARD attendance
$95.00 hour
